You will assist customers in finding the perfect outfit, offer styling advice, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the store. Your efforts will directly contribute to the store’s sales targets and profitability. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection, styling advice, and fashion trends to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, tidy, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Merchandise products according to H&M visual standards and planograms.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
