Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple llaollao stores within assigned territory
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams to ensure exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory control, cost management, and operational efficiency
- Drive staff development through coaching, performance reviews, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and local initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience with team leadership
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
