Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive code.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in architectural planning and technical decision-making processes.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Expert-level experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
