Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for business optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product improvements
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create executive dashboards and storytelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative data culture
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments
- Strong business acumen with experience translating technical insights to ROI
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
