Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or PMP preferred
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience in tech sector
- Expertise in scaling agile methodologies across complex enterprise projects
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar initiatives on time/budget
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing remote/distributed teams

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
