Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive web applications using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
- Optimize website performance and implement scalable backend solutions (Node.js, Python)
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers while maintaining high coding standards
- Implement security best practices and conduct thorough testing protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including SASS/LESS), and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
