Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Execute complex regression suites, integration tests, and end-to-end (E2E) testing scenarios to ensure product stability.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues swiftly.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the testing process within tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the application can handle high traffic volumes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QA methodologies, mentoring junior QA engineers and promoting a quality-first culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, specifically in Automation Testing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured) and SQL for database verification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in an iterative development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
