Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive, accessible web applications using React, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Optimize application performance through advanced caching strategies, lazy loading, and database query tuning
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect implementations
- Develop robust APIs and integrate third-party services using RESTful and GraphQL standards
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops on emerging web technologies

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and web application security best practices
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress) and TDD/BDD methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
