Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web interfaces using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define project requirements.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability across all devices.
- Maintain high standards of code quality through rigorous unit testing, peer code reviews, and continuous integration practices.
- Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions to improve team workflows and code architecture.
- Bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role on both sides.
- Continuously research and implement emerging web technologies and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in modern web development using React.js or Next.js.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.
- Expertise in performance optimization techniques and browser rendering behavior.
- Proven track record with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and RESTful API/GraphQL integration.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
