Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Lead automation initiatives using Selenium/Cypress to enhance testing efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and resolve critical defects
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with automated testing integration
- Drive quality metrics tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA with 3+ years in automation testing
- Expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
- Strong proficiency in SQL and REST API testing
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience with JIRA proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ISTQB Advanced Level preferred
