Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity visual designs for digital and print mediums, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Lead the design process from initial concept to final delivery, mentoring junior designers and providing constructive feedback.
- Create intuitive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, Development, Marketing) to ensure design feasibility and seamless implementation.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and optimize user experiences.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, software capabilities, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects (web, mobile, print).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and web design (HTML/CSS basics) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
