Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Develop a comprehensive design system that scales across web, mobile, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Craft compelling visual identities and branding assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, product design, or interaction design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, Principle) and design handoff processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred.
