As the face of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting the visual identity of our clients and ensuring our brand standards are upheld across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Visual Branding: Develop comprehensive brand guidelines, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems.
- Marketing Assets: Design high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, and email templates.
- Digital Design: Create eye-catching social media graphics, web banners, and digital advertisements.
- Creative Direction: Lead design projects from concept through to final execution, ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaboration: Partner with copywriters and marketing strategists to align visual assets with campaign objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and incorporate innovative techniques into your work.
Qualifications
- Portfolio: A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design projects.
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or in-house marketing team.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
