Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for high-end production? Lumina Creative Studios is seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead our creative campaigns. We work with global brands to craft cinematic narratives that drive engagement and redefine digital standards. You will work in our state-of-the-art LA facility, collaborating with a world-class team of directors, editors, and motion designers to produce content that stops the scroll.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute creative video campaigns from pre-production to final delivery.
- Lead on-set direction for diverse shoots, ensuring brand consistency and high production value.
- Oversee complex post-production workflows, including advanced color grading and sound design.
- Direct motion graphics projects using After Effects to elevate brand messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to align video strategy with campaign KPIs.
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants on best practices in visual storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual narratives and motion design skills.
- Extensive experience with cinema-grade cameras (RED, Arri, Sony FX series) and lighting rigs.
- Deep understanding of social media video trends and platform-specific optimization.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead a production team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
