Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-production, production, and post-production workflows for high-impact brand content.
- Collaborate with clients to translate brand visions into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and cross-functional creative teams.
- Direct on-set production and coordinate with cinematographers, lighting crews, and talent.
- Oversee post-production editing, sound design, and color correction processes.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and platform-specific technical specs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or film production.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography and visual storytelling.
- Deep knowledge of modern production gear and lighting techniques.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage complex project timelines.
- Excellent communication and client-facing professional skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related creative field.
