Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process from concept development to final color grade.
- Direct on-set production teams, ensuring high creative standards and logistical efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to define visual style, messaging, and project objectives.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate the studio's collective output.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging cinema technology and digital storytelling trends.
- Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality assets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a creative agency or high-end studio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of cinematography, lighting, and visual narrative.
- Proven track record of managing production budgets exceeding $50k per project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex client relationships.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable production quality.
- Degree in Film, Television, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
