Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production workflows, including conceptualization, storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and editing.
- Direct on-set shoots, managing lighting, camera angles, audio capture, and talent direction.
- Deliver high-end post-production edits, incorporating color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative directors to ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Manage production budgets, equipment inventory, talent casting, and external vendor relations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, adopting new technologies and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Video Producer, Editor, or similar role in an agency or studio.
- Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles, high production value, and exceptional storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with professional cinema cameras (RED, ARRI, Sony FX series) and lighting setups.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
