Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of corporate events from conception to post-event analysis, including budget oversight of $500K+ projects
- Lead cross-functional teams of designers, vendors, and staff to execute flawless event logistics
- Develop innovative event concepts aligned with client brand identity and strategic objectives
- Negotiate contracts with premium venues, caterers, and AV providers while maintaining quality standards
- Implement digital engagement strategies through live streaming, AR experiences, and interactive platforms
- Conduct post-event ROI analysis and deliver comprehensive performance reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration with 5+ years of high-end event management experience
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees in complex venues (museums, stadiums, convention centers)
- Expertise in budget management, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Eventbrite) and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional crisis management skills with demonstrated success in troubleshooting live events
