Responsibilities
- Direct and produce high-end video content from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Lead the post-production workflow, including editing, color grading, sound design, and VFX integration.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and clients to translate strategic goals into visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and budgets without compromising quality.
- Conduct on-set supervision and coordinate with production crews to capture the best possible footage.
- Maintain and update the company's video asset library and production equipment specifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of lighting, camera operation, and audio recording techniques.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, from commercials to documentaries.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset in a dynamic production environment.
