- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Develop creative briefs and production timelines for diverse client projects
- Coordinate budgets, resources, and vendor relationships
- Ensure technical quality and brand consistency across deliverables
- Lead client presentations and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior producers and foster team development
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience
- Portfolio demonstrating high-impact commercial/film work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management and budgeting skills

- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
