Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage creative teams including directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with brand objectives
- Coordinate logistics for on-location shoots and studio productions
- Ensure technical quality across lighting, sound, and post-production
- Optimize workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Analyze audience metrics to refine content strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production with portfolio of premium content
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and lighting design
- Proven experience managing budgets up to $500K
- Strong leadership skills directing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies (VR/AR, 8K workflows)
- BA in Film/TV Production or equivalent industry certification
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
