Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Lead the full production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, on-set directing, and post-production editing.
- Storytelling: Develop creative concepts and scripts that align with client brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Editing & Post-Production: Assemble raw footage into polished, professional videos using industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Collaboration: Partner with creative directors, producers, and sound engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Technical Mastery: Manage camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording to ensure high production value.
- Project Management: Maintain strict adherence to deadlines, budgets, and project scopes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production and editing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and color grading tools.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of pacing, color theory, and narrative structure.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership: Ability to direct freelance crews and junior editors effectively.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
