Lumina Creative Studios is seeking a visionary Senior Video Producer & Editor to join our award-winning team in the heart of Los Angeles. In this role, you will lead the creative direction for commercial projects, documentaries, and digital brand campaigns from concept to final cut.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing.
- Direct studio and location shoots, managing lighting, sound, and camera operation.
- Develop compelling narrative arcs for diverse brand clients.
- Collaborate with art directors to maintain visual consistency across all projects.
- Execute advanced color grading and sound design to elevate production value.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Manage project timelines and assets in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production and professional editing.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in cinematography and storytelling.
- Deep understanding of camera systems (RED, Blackmagic, or Sony Cinema Line).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a production crew.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, or a related creative field preferred.
