In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and technical execution, crafting compelling narratives for global brands.
You will work alongside a world-class team of editors, cinematographers, and motion designers in our state-of-the-art Los Angeles facility. We value bold ideas, technical precision, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle, from initial pitch and script development to final delivery.
- Direct high-profile video shoots, managing crew, talent, and production schedules on set.
- Collaborate with art directors to maintain visual consistency and brand standards across all projects.
- Manage production budgets, resource allocation, and external vendor relationships.
- Lead post-production workflows, providing creative direction for editing and motion graphics teams.
- Implement efficient production processes to improve output quality and turnaround times.
- Mentor junior production staff and foster a culture of creative excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production, preferably in a creative agency or studio environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, directing, and creative storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of camera systems, lighting, and sound equipment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
