Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from pre-production concepts to final color grading and delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, creative direction, and visual aesthetics.
- Manage production schedules, equipment logistics, and on-set talent for various shoot types.
- Direct crews for commercial, corporate, and short-form digital content.
- Execute professional-grade editing, motion graphics, and sound design using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in lighting, camera technology, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to maintain high quality-assurance standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with a strong portfolio of cinematic work.
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of camera systems (RED, ARRI, Blackmagic) and lighting setups.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual style.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse creative teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience.
