Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, commercials, and long-form brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to execute the visual vision of each project.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including logging, syncing, and organizing footage.
- Execute advanced color correction and sound design to elevate narrative quality.
- Optimize assets for various distribution platforms including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Ensure all project files are archived and managed according to company standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, narrative arc, and audience engagement.
- Advanced skills in motion graphics design and visual effects integration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight production deadlines.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing diverse editing styles and technical expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
