Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop compelling storyboards for diverse client campaigns.
- Direct on-set production teams, ensuring high standards of visual quality and brand alignment.
- Collaborate with post-production editors and motion graphics artists to refine the final cut.
- Manage client expectations and communication throughout the production lifecycle.
- Optimize production workflows to maintain profitability without compromising creative integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging visual technologies to keep our output cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in video production, specifically within an agency or high-end production house environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, cinematography, and post-production techniques.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple high-stakes deadlines.
- Deep understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, and sound design for film.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior production staff.
