Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows from concept development and storyboarding to final delivery.
- Lead on-set direction for high-production value commercial, social, and documentary-style projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to meet aggressive project timelines.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to foster a culture of creative excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, equipment, and post-production technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience within a creative agency or studio setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating mastery of cinematography, lighting, and narrative pacing.
- Deep understanding of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Experience directing talent and managing on-set crews effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
