Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production projects from pre-production through final delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, creative direction, and brand alignment.
- Direct film crews, lighting teams, and talent on set to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the post-production workflow, providing feedback on editing, color grading, and sound design.
- Mentor junior editors and creative assistants to maintain consistent quality standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to implement new visual styles and technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or film direction.
- Portfolio showcasing high-end commercial, documentary, or branded content.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Strong understanding of cinematic lighting, camera operation, and sound recording.
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
