Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process from creative concept to final delivery.
- Lead on-set direction for diverse commercial and narrative projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, copywriters, and clients.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to ensure brand quality standards.
- Develop high-impact visual strategies for social media, broadcast, and internal communications.
- Execute multi-camera setups and coordinate complex lighting requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or film/commercial environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and visual style.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure production schedules.
- In-depth knowledge of current cinema cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows and color grading.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
