Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production workflows including pre-production, on-set direction, and post-production oversight.
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop innovative visual concepts and storyboards.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects.
- Direct video shoots, ensuring high-quality lighting, composition, and on-camera performances.
- Oversee final edits, color grading, sound design, and motion graphic integration.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to maintain high creative standards.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging industry trends and production technologies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production, preferably within an agency or studio environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
- Deep understanding of camera systems, lighting techniques, and audio engineering.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
- Experience with color correction and multi-platform distribution standards.
