Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production process from initial creative concept to final color grade.
- Direct on-set productions, ensuring creative vision is met within time and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams to develop brand-aligned visual strategies.
- Manage post-production workflows, including editorial feedback, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging video trends, gear, and software to keep our output cutting-edge.
- Coordinate with production managers to optimize logistical resources for large-scale projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production or agency environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, lighting, and sound design.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Expertise in operating industry-standard cameras (RED, Arri, Blackmagic) and lighting rigs.
