We bridge the gap between cinematic artistry and strategic marketing, producing content that stops the scroll and drives real business results.
As our Lead Producer, you will oversee the full lifecycle of complex video projects, from initial concept development to final color grading. You will work alongside elite directors, motion graphic artists, and creative strategists to push the boundaries of visual content.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for commercial, social, and branded content campaigns.
- Translate client objectives into compelling visual narratives and creative briefs.
- Manage production budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects hit deadlines.
- Oversee on-set production, directing crews and ensuring the highest technical and creative standards.
- Direct post-production workflows, including editorial review, sound design, and color correction.
- Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors to elevate team capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production or agency environments.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio production.
- Proven track record of managing production budgets exceeding $50k per project.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and high-quality visual aesthetics.
- Exceptional leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional production teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining acute attention to detail.
