Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Video Producer to join our elite creative team in Los Angeles. You will be the bridge between our clients' visions and the final on-screen reality, leading the creative and logistical aspects of our video projects.

You will work closely with our directors, editors, and clients to produce high-quality content that defines our brand and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and creative directors to develop strong visual concepts and detailed creative briefs.
- Production Management: Oversee all phases of production, including pre-production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on-set direction.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and coordinate with technical crews (cameramen, sound, lighting) to ensure seamless execution.
- Client Relations: Manage client expectations, present drafts, and incorporate feedback to ensure satisfaction.
- Post-Production Oversight: Work with editors to guide the pacing, color grading, and final delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in video production, preferably in a creative agency or production studio environment.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality video work.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and project management tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex timelines under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
