Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Lead the creative vision from script to screen, developing compelling storyboards and production briefs that align with client objectives.
- Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production, including scouting locations, managing budgets, hiring crew, and ensuring smooth on-set operations.
- Post-Production Oversight: Direct the editing process, color grading, and sound design to ensure the final deliverable meets the highest quality standards.
- Client Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting concepts, managing expectations, and incorporating feedback effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and editors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance creative environment.
- Technical Strategy: Stay updated on the latest video production technologies and trends to recommend innovative production techniques.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional video production experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, corporate, and creative video projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and knowledge of camera operation and lighting setups.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from pre-production to final delivery within tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex creative ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
