- Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistical coordination for on-set and studio shoots.
- Supervise post-production workflows, including editing, sound design, and visual effects to ensure world-class output.
- Direct talent, camera crews, and freelance production staff to maintain high quality standards.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics to optimize future content strategies.
- Maintain current knowledge of emerging video technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or media agency environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling and high-end technical execution.
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting techniques, and audio production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
