Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 10+ projects annually
- Direct creative teams and external vendors (DPs, editors, animators)
- Present creative concepts to C-level stakeholders and clients
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables
- Leverage emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI editing tools)
- Develop innovative video strategies for digital platforms
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with portfolio of 50+ projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and lighting/camera tech
- Proven experience managing $200K+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong client presentation and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV or related field
- Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects) and 3D animation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
