Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflow including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with brand narratives and marketing objectives
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources for diverse video formats (commercials, documentaries, social media)
- Lead cross-functional teams of cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative briefs and deliver exceptional results
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating high-quality work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Experience leading creative teams and managing production budgets over $500K
- Deep understanding of video production workflows, lighting, and cinematography
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
- Portfolio showcasing diverse video projects across corporate, advertising, and digital platforms
