Responsibilities
- Oversee full video production lifecycle from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence and on-time execution
- Direct cross-functional teams including directors, editors, animators, and lighting specialists
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for high-stakes projects
- Develop innovative video strategies aligned with client brand narratives and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate video assets across digital campaigns
- Maintain quality control through all production phases with meticulous attention to detail
- Nurture client relationships to drive repeat business and expand creative partnerships
Qualifications
- 7+ years in professional video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record directing commercial, branded content, or documentary projects
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and color grading
- Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Demonstrated success in budgeting and resource optimization for productions
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
