Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept development to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 8-12 concurrent projects
- Lead creative briefings and client presentations to align vision
- Coordinate with cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Implement emerging technologies like AI-assisted editing and virtual production
- Maintain quality control across deliverables across all platforms
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for social, broadcast, and VR
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating 15+ high-impact commercial or branded projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and Cinema 4D
- Proven experience managing $500k+ production budgets
- Strong understanding of global platform requirements (YouTube, TikTok, linear TV)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
