Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and animators
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards aligned with client objectives
- Coordinate filming schedules, logistics, and budget allocations
- Ensure technical quality through color grading, sound design, and post-production
- Present final deliverables and gather stakeholder feedback
- Mentor junior producers and optimize production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Experience managing $100K+ budgets and 10+ person teams
- Strong portfolio demonstrating narrative-driven brand storytelling
- Expertise in pre-production planning and risk mitigation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
