Responsibilities
- End-to-end project ownership: From concept ideation and storyboarding to final delivery
- Direct cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage $500K+ budgets and complex production timelines across diverse projects
- Develop compelling visual narratives for digital campaigns, documentaries, and brand films
- Leverage emerging technologies like VR/AR for immersive storytelling experiences
- Maintain client relationships through strategic presentations and creative consultations
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 4+ years in senior leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial and digital content
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production software
- Proven budget management experience with $500K+ project scopes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with strong visual communication skills
- Experience directing crews of 15+ across diverse production environments
- Deep understanding of digital platform optimization (YouTube, social, OTT)
