Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact visual concepts for integrated brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with Art Directors and copywriters to refine project deliverables.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from mood boarding to final asset delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital, social, and print platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on team projects.
- Stay at the forefront of design trends, software, and emerging creative technologies.
- Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a command of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with motion graphics and UI design is highly desirable.
- Ability to articulate design decisions to non-creative stakeholders clearly.
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
