As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead creative projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior staff and ensuring our work consistently pushes industry boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and creative strategies for multi-platform marketing campaigns.
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from mood boarding to final asset delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, UX designers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain brand integrity and style guidelines across all external and internal communications.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering creative growth.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends and technologies to ensure competitive, cutting-edge output.
- Present design solutions to clients with clarity, confidence, and strategic justification.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a top-tier agency environment.
- A robust, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, typography, and digital design.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
