- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, including pre-production planning, budget management, and vendor coordination
- Lead creative direction for high-profile projects, ensuring alignment with brand vision and audience engagement goals
- Manage cross-functional teams of directors, editors, and animators while maintaining strict deadlines and quality standards
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques across diverse formats (commercials, documentaries, digital series)
- Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and production methodologies
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of creative excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a producer leadership role
- Proven portfolio of premium video content for major brands or entertainment properties
- Expertise in project management tools (Asana, Frame.io) and production workflows
- Deep understanding of cinematography, lighting, and post-production pipelines
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management and team leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and industry-standard editing software
