Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Develop creative concepts and pitch decks that align with client brand vision
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
- Lead creative briefings and coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, editors, and animators
- Ensure technical quality by reviewing dailies and final deliverables across all formats
- Nurture client relationships through regular progress updates and strategic consultations
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and production innovations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production, Communications, or related field
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a lead producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven video projects for major brands
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong project management skills with experience in budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Knowledge of 4K/8K workflows, color grading, and sound design principles
