Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from concept ideation to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion designers
- Manage $500K+ budgets and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading and sound design
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for brand campaigns and documentaries
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, VR experiences)
- Conduct production audits and implement continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in producer leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative-driven commercial/documentary work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience managing remote production teams and distributed workflows
- Strong understanding of emerging video technologies (AI editing, 8K workflows)
- Exceptional project management with PMP certification preferred
- Ability to translate complex brand requirements into visual storytelling
