Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Lead creative direction for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, digital content) while maintaining brand consistency
- Manage cross-functional teams of directors, cinematographers, editors, and post-production specialists
- Coordinate logistics for complex shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, and equipment management
- Develop innovative production strategies using emerging technologies like virtual production and AI-enhanced workflows
- Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and client expectations through rigorous quality control
- Drive continuous improvement in production efficiency and creative output through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven portfolio showcasing award-winning commercial, documentary, or branded content work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, and risk management methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated success translating concepts into compelling narratives
- Strong project management skills with experience managing remote teams and global productions
- Knowledge of emerging video technologies (VR/AR, 8K workflows, cloud-based collaboration tools)
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience accepted)
