Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, managing budgets and timelines
- Direct creative direction for commercial, documentary, and digital content projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Client relationship management, presenting pitches and revisions
- Implement post-production workflows ensuring broadcast-quality deliverables
- Mentor junior producers and optimize departmental processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative-driven content
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and project management tools
- Experience managing $500K+ budgets and remote production teams
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and SEO optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
