Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle: pre-production planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Develop compelling storyboards and shot lists aligned with client brand guidelines
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Lead client presentations and ensure seamless project delivery across platforms
- Mentor junior producers and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in producer leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of narrative-driven commercial/documentary work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production management software
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, social media, OTT)
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets and complex stakeholder relationships
- BS/BA in Film, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
